1 Definitions & Interpretation

The key terms used in these Terms are defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the btd88 website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to anyone who has opened or is attempting to open an account on btd88.
• "Account" refers to each member's individual registered profile.
• "Funds" refers to the money (Bangladeshi Taka / BDT) held in a member's wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional reward granted by btd88.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the obligation to place bets a specified number of times before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Services" refers to sports betting, casino games, live casino, and other entertainment services.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use the services on btd88. Opening an account for a minor is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately.

2.2 One Person — One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are created by the same person, bonuses will be cancelled and the accounts may be permanently closed.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

Members must provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration. If false information is provided, btd88 reserves the right to close the account at any time and withhold funds.

2.4 Verification

btd88 may request identity verification documents at any time. A copy of a national ID or passport, and a bank statement or utility bill as proof of address, are acceptable. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is prohibited. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify us immediately at [email protected]. btd88 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). Deposits are generally processed instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. Withdrawal requests can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

btd88 does not charge any transaction processing fee; however, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges. btd88 is not responsible for those charges.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit at btd88, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳18,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 for a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — not the deposit amount, only the bonus. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• btd88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer. Members will be notified in due time.
• Terms for cashback and reload bonuses are announced separately.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

6 Betting & Game Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered final only when the system has confirmed acceptance and the confirmation screen is displayed. If confirmation is not received due to a technical issue, btd88's system log will be treated as the final record.

6.2 Cancellation & Changes

Once a bet is finalised, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if a game or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.

6.3 Game Results

Results for live casino and slot games are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator), which ensures fair play. All games are operated using software from game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on btd88:

• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage using software bots, automation tools, or hacking methods.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Operating an account using a false identity.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of a person under 21 years of age.

If such activities are proven, the relevant account will be closed, all funds will be withheld, and law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

8 btd88 VIP Program

btd88's VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Higher tiers can be reached through regular active play. VIP members enjoy priority support and special offers. Cashback is calculated each week based on net losses.

btd88 reserves the right to cancel VIP benefits in the event of any misuse.

9 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

9.1 Closure at the Member's Request

Any member may close their account at any time. To do so, contact the support team at [email protected]. All balances must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9.2 Suspension at btd88's Discretion

btd88 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide verification documents.
• Extended account inactivity.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. No administrative fee will be deducted from the balance of an inactive account; however, the member may be required to go through re-verification.

10 Responsible Gaming
